III. THEFT OF RESEARCH PROTOTYPES

Rumors persist about the alleged theft of prototypes from the Union Army's
research facility at Fort 51 in Nevada. In particular, bandits using
advanced technology have appeared along the upper Colorado Basin, as high
as Grand Rapids, Colorado and as far down as Labyrinth Canyon.  The truth
of these rumors must be ascertained.  Inquiries to Fort 51 have so far
been fruitless. I will provide more information as I acquire it.
