You People Sure Write A Lot, by Joe Palmer There are a lot of articles this month so I'm gonna cut this down to bare minimum.
O.K., we're trying to cut costs on the newsletter. Right now the newsletter costs about 12 more dollars a month than we take in. Anybody who can share their copy with somebody (probably should be somebody in the same house) please volunteer to. Also we're to a point where you should feel obligated to stop at one dollar. One dollar the minimum, but you can always give more. If you have any other brilliant ideas shoot them on.
On with the show.
Events
June 14 - More of the wild and crazy city, wonder if The 4 Horsemen will
be lighting any one on fire tonight. It's at Luci and Jacob's: 2640 S.
Cottonwood Ln #60 (624-5978 for those who get lost), Take I-10 to the
west bound 22nd exit (hey, I don't have to give a separate set of
directions to the Phoenix people!), turn left on Freeway Blvd. (known to
us normal folks as the frontage road), follow that to 29th St. and turn
right, go across the Santa Cruz almost to the Jail (masquerade violators
note) and turn left on Cottonwood, the house is about 1 block from 29th,
park nicely.
July 12 - Still more gaming. Once again location and such have not been chosen but there is some thought to another park game. September 27 - It's official, the annual BIG game. This is our open entry game $3 if you pay early $5 at the door, food or beverage appreciated by discount. As always this one is at the Uni Uni on 22. I suppose since I clipboarded this out of last months I'm obligated to come up with a new slogan, how's this: pay early pay often.
